Im looking at buying another coyote rifle and I have a 0223 so I was like either a 0204 or a 0.22-250 or if I get into another 0223 in an AR-15 style, what is the gun I would choose and what grain of bullet is best to use?
22-250 I assume you shoot long shots,,,, the space Max.

I would go with an M1 Garand in 30-06. I love the power and accuracy and reliability of the Garand.

For less than 5 1 / 2 pounds, the Kimber Montana rifle chambered in 257 Roberts would be a great coyote gun, a pleasure to wear, and a nice-looking gun you would not be embarrassed to be seen with.

I'm not a big fan of .22 center fires. If I was going to invest money in them a special varmint gun intended for use on coyotes, I'd probably use it as an excuse to maybe a 0243 Winchester, or even a .25 caliber rifle more likely to get. I'm a fan of both the .250-3000 Savage and.
